The National Law Enforcement Policy Center develops the models in priority areas, and more than 100 model policies on a variety of topics have been published, including Internal Affairs, Use of Force, Crime Analysis, Rapid Response and Deployment, Early Warning System, and Electronic Control Weapons. To receive model policies as they are published, a subscription program is available that entitles departments to electronic copies in both PDF and Word formats.
